Our team partnered with Netflix to create the prelaunch party for Jentry Chau vs. The Underworld, an animated series about a Chinese-American teen discovering her superpowers.
We transformed Mandarin Plaza into a lively night market, immersing guests in the show’s exciting and culturally rich themes. Highlights included:

Design Work Flow
Worked with clients to understand their vision, share ideas, and finalize designs.
Visited the site to measure and estimate dimensions for the project.




Rendered a detailed Rhino 3D model with a night view to match the event's evening setting.





Be Loose, Be Playful


Inspired by this image of Korean streets, we can integrate signage that reflects a similar design aesthetic.
The mechanics of the projecting signs:
They will hang from the second-floor balcony, featuring a variety of signage designs.
Constructed from Gatorboard, they will remain lightweight while maintaining durability.

DJ Backdrop
This part is the most exciting for me—to sketch from reference!

Designed and rendered various versions of a DJ booth for clients, drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese building patterns.


For the Neflix Logo, I developed and presented two design concepts along with production methods. This provided the client with options tailored to their budget and specific needs.


Material Test
Collaborated with the production team to scale down the model using the final materials. Ensured the design aligned with machine capabilities, feasibility, and overall concept validation.
Created construction drawings, sent them to the production team, and oversaw the final build to ensure the design was executed as planned.
